Yes. We rent a luxury washroom trailer, sometimes called a restroom or bathroom trailer, for Indian and South Asian weddings in Calgary and area: Hindu, Sikh, Muslim, and interfaith alike. It is set up once, stays from the mehndi to the reception, and gets a quoted multi-day rate.

Mehndi
Often a long afternoon with family at home or on the acreage. A real washroom a few steps away keeps guests out of the house.
Sangeet
Music and dancing late into the night. Heat or A/C and an exhaust fan keep it fresh until the last song.
Ceremony
Formal outfits, jewellery, and photographs. A private room with a halo-lit mirror for the touch-ups that matter.
Reception
Usually the biggest crowd of the celebration. Exterior under-glow lighting helps guests find it after dark.

Servicing between days
Three or four days asks more of a washroom than one evening. Share your schedule and guest counts, and ask about servicing between days when we quote.
Warm afternoons, cool nights
Heat, air conditioning, and an exhaust fan keep it comfortable through a hot afternoon and a cool foothills evening.
Close to the tent, out of the photos
An easy walk from the tent or main gathering space, but discreet and away from the photographer. Send a photo or site plan and we help pick the spot.
Water and power
No plumbing hookup: onboard fresh and waste tanks, and standard power or a generator. We fill it from a hose tap, or bring water in for an added fee.
Room to get ready
Guests are often in formal wear for hours. A private, lockable room with a halo-lit mirror and warm running water makes outfit, makeup, and jewellery fixes easy, with no queue for the house bathroom.
How many guests can it handle?
Two private rooms suit most events up to about 100 guests.
Event washroom companies size at about one stall per 50 guests for a four to six hour event. Many South Asian weddings are larger, and we would rather say so plainly than oversell one trailer.

Do you rent washroom trailers for Indian events, not just the wedding day?
Yes. The trailer works for any Indian or South Asian event in Calgary and area: an engagement or roka, a mehndi or haldi at home, a sangeet, the wedding ceremony, a reception, or an anniversary or family celebration. Book one event, or keep it on site across several at a multi-day rate.
How much does a washroom trailer cost for an Indian wedding in Calgary?
It is quoted per event. The quote depends on the number of days, whether there is water on site, and the distance from Calgary. Multi-day celebrations get a multi-day rate. Delivery and other charges may apply, such as bringing in water when the venue has none. Your quote lists everything. Quotes do not include GST. Send your date for a full quote, usually within a day.
Is a washroom trailer better than porta potties for an Indian wedding?
For most guests, yes. Families and guests are often in formal outfits and jewellery for hours, across several events. The trailer gives them private rooms with flushing porcelain toilets, warm running water, halo-lit mirrors, and heat or air conditioning; a porta potty has a chemical tank and no running water.
Can we have the trailer at home for the mehndi or sangeet?
Yes. Many families host them at home or on an acreage. The trailer needs a reasonably level spot a truck can back into and standard power or a generator, and keeps the crowd out of the house bathroom and off the septic.
Do you offer a multi-day rate for Indian weddings?
Yes. Celebrations of two days or more get a multi-day rate, quoted for your dates, location, and setup. To ask, check your date, pick "Other or not sure" under Rental, and list your days in the notes.
Can the washroom trailer stay on site for a three-day wedding?
Yes. It is delivered before your first event and stays until after the last, with no reloading between days. Ask about servicing between days when we quote.

What does the trailer need on site?
A reasonably level spot a truck can back into, and standard power or a generator. Its own tanks mean no plumbing hookup; we fill it from a hose tap, or bring water in for an added fee. Delivery is quoted with your date, based on the drive from Calgary.
Do you serve gurdwara, temple, and banquet hall events?
Yes, wherever the trailer can park and the venue allows it, adding capacity beside the venue's washrooms or serving an outdoor area such as a tent on the grounds. Check the venue's rules on outside vendors and trailer parking first; we are happy to talk to your venue contact.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can: one trailer serves one celebration at a time, and a multi-day booking holds several dates. 2026 is fully booked, and 2027 is booking now.
