Prices do not include GST. Deliveries outside the included area are quoted custom, based on distance.
Why one all-in number?
Plenty of rental quotes start with a trailer price and add delivery, water, and setup on top. Ours includes them near Calgary, and we quote the full number before you pay a cent.
Venue farther out? We quote the extra distance up front, based on where you are. Multi-day rentals, extended hours, and special requirements are quoted to fit.
How payment works.
50% holds your date
A 50% deposit is due at booking. Your date is reserved as soon as it arrives.
Balance before the event
The rest is due ahead of your event date, as set out in your rental agreement.
$1,000 refundable hold
Pre-authorized on a credit card the week of your rental and released after pickup, assuming all is well.

A host who keeps the trailer spotless, stocked, and welcoming from the first guest to the last.

Warm string lights and a softly lit path to the door for receptions that run past sunset.

A tasteful sign with your names or the occasion at the entrance, ready for the photos.

How much does it cost to rent a washroom trailer in Calgary?
A flat $1,500 CAD per day, or $1,800 for a Friday to Sunday weekend, for the three-stall luxury trailer, with delivery, setup, and pickup included within 20 minutes of Calgary city limits. A 50% deposit holds your date and GST is extra. Farther venues are quoted by distance.
How do deposits work?
A 50% deposit holds your date at booking. The balance is due before the event. A refundable $1,000 damage hold is pre-authorized on a credit card the week of your rental and released after pickup, assuming all is well.
Do you deliver outside Calgary?
Yes. Delivery, setup, and pickup are included within 20 minutes of Calgary city limits. Acreages and towns beyond that, including Cochrane, Okotoks, Bragg Creek, Priddis, and Canmore, are welcome and quoted custom by distance.
What if we need to change our date?
Tell us as early as you can and we will always try to move you, subject to availability. The deposit and cancellation terms are set out in your written rental agreement before you commit.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can. It is one trailer, so every date goes to one event, and summer Saturdays go first. Once you have your date and venue, send them over.
