A towable, self-contained washroom with flushing toilets, running water, lighting, and heat and air conditioning. Ours has two private rooms with halo-lit mirrors, crown moulding, and warm running water, so it feels like an indoor washroom, not a plastic porta potty.

Two private rooms comfortably cover most weddings and events up to about 100 guests, by the industry rule of thumb of about one stall per 50 guests for a four to six hour event. A long reception or an open bar lowers that; for a bigger list, send your headcount and run of show.

Yes. Each private room has a flushing porcelain toilet and a solid-surface vanity with warm running water from an onboard heater, plus a stainless soap dispenser, paper towels, and a mirror. It is a real washroom, not a chemical-tank porta potty.

Yes. It has heat, a rooftop air conditioner, insulated walls and floor, an exhaust fan, and a frosted window, so it stays comfortable in a July heat wave or on a cool foothills evening.

The trailer is entered by fold-out aluminum steps, so it is not a step-free unit. Tell us your accessibility needs and we will be upfront about what we can and cannot accommodate.

For most weddings, yes. The trailer has private rooms with flushing porcelain toilets, warm running water, halo-lit mirrors, and heat and air conditioning; a porta potty has a chemical tank and no running water. For formal clothes and the photos, the trailer is the better fit.

Yes. Washroom trailer, restroom trailer, bathroom trailer, and portable washroom rental all describe a towable unit with private rooms, flushing toilets, and running-water sinks. Canadians usually say washroom. Ours is a luxury two-stall version, rented in Calgary and area for weddings and events.

Our 2026 season is fully booked, and we are now taking 2027 bookings. Send your date and we will confirm availability, usually within a day.

As early as you can. It is one trailer, so every date goes to one event, and summer Saturdays go first.

Yes. Rentals of two days or more, such as a wedding weekend or a multi-day festival, get a multi-day rate quoted for your dates, location, and setup. Check your date, pick "Friday to Sunday" or "Other or not sure" under Rental, and list your days in the notes.

Use the check-your-date form or call with your date, venue or town, and a rough guest count. We confirm availability and send a full quote, usually within a day.

A 50% deposit holds your date, and the balance is due before the event. A refundable $1,000 damage hold is pre-authorized on a credit card the week of your rental and released after pickup, assuming all is well.

It is quoted per event. The quote depends on the number of days, whether there is water on site, and the distance from Calgary. Delivery and other charges may apply, such as bringing in water when the venue has none. Your quote lists everything. Quotes do not include GST. Send your date for a full quote, usually within a day.

Tell us as early as you can and we will always try to move you, subject to availability. Deposit and cancellation terms are set out in your written rental agreement before you commit.

Yes. We deliver across Calgary and the towns and acreages around it, including Cochrane, Okotoks, Bragg Creek, Priddis, and Canmore. Delivery is quoted with your date, based on the drive from Calgary.

A reasonably level spot the truck can back into, plus standard power within reach or a generator. No plumbing hookup: it carries its own tanks, and we fill it from a hose tap on site or bring water in for an added fee. Not sure your spot works? Send a photo and we will tell you before any deposit.

Yes. We deliver, set up, level, fill, and stock it before your event, then pick it up afterward. You never touch a thing.

Yes. We rent a heated washroom trailer that is winter-ready, with R7.5 insulated walls and a spray-foam insulated floor and waste tank, rated by its builder to about -25 C with power for the heaters. In an extreme cold snap we confirm conditions with you before delivery.
