Three private stalls comfortably cover most weddings and events up to roughly 200 guests. Industry sizing guides put a three-stall trailer at about 150 to 225 guests for a four to six hour event; a long reception or an open bar pushes that down. Send your headcount and run of show and we will tell you straight if it fits.

Yes. Each of the three private stalls has its own flushing porcelain toilet and its own sink with running water, soap, towels, and a mirror. It is a real washroom, not a chemical-tank porta potty.

Yes. It is climate controlled with heat and air conditioning, so it stays comfortable in a July heat wave or on a cool foothills evening.

The trailer is entered by steps, so it is not a step-free unit. If you have specific accessibility needs for your event, tell us and we will be upfront about what we can and cannot accommodate.

For most weddings, yes. The trailer has flushing porcelain toilets, running-water sinks, mirrors, lighting, and heat and air conditioning, where a porta potty has a chemical tank and no running water. For guests in formal clothes, and for the photos, the trailer is the better fit.

Our 2026 season is fully booked. We are now taking bookings for 2027. Send your date and we will confirm availability, usually the same day.

As early as you can. It is one trailer, so every date goes to one event, and summer Saturdays go first. Once you have your date and venue, send them over.

Use the check-your-date form or call. Send the date, the venue or town, and a rough guest count. We confirm availability and send back a simple, all-in price, usually the same day.

A 50% deposit holds your date at booking. The balance is due before the event. A refundable $1,000 damage hold is pre-authorized on a credit card the week of your rental and released after pickup, assuming all is well.

A flat $1,500 CAD per day, or $1,800 for a Friday to Sunday weekend, for the three-stall luxury trailer, with delivery, setup, and pickup included within 20 minutes of Calgary city limits. A 50% deposit holds your date and GST is extra. Farther venues are quoted by distance.

Tell us as early as you can and we will always try to move you, subject to availability. The deposit and cancellation terms are set out in your written rental agreement before you commit.

Yes. Delivery, setup, and pickup are included within 20 minutes of Calgary city limits. Acreages and towns beyond that, including Cochrane, Okotoks, Bragg Creek, Priddis, and Canmore, are welcome and quoted custom by distance.

A reasonably level spot the truck can back into, and standard power within reach. The trailer carries its own fresh water and waste tanks, so no plumbing hookup is needed. Not sure your spot works? Send a photo and we will tell you before any deposit.

Yes. We deliver and set up ahead of your event, level it, fill it, and stock it, then come back to pick it up afterward. You never touch a thing.

It is climate controlled for year-round comfort. Cold-weather availability depends on conditions, so ask about winter dates and we will tell you what is possible.
