As early as you can. Peak summer wedding dates go first. With 2026 sold out and Summer 2027 now open, it's best to lock in your date as soon as you have it.

Send your date, venue, and rough guest count through the contact page or by phone. We confirm availability and send back a simple, all-in price, usually the same day.

A 50% deposit holds your date at booking. The balance is due before the event. A refundable $1,000 damage hold is pre-authorized on a credit card the week of your rental and released after pickup, assuming all is well.
