Rental Terms
An overview of how a rental works. The signed rental agreement is the binding version.
These terms give you a plain-language overview of how renting our washroom trailer works. They are a summary, not the full contract. When you book, we provide a written rental agreement, and that signed agreement is what governs your rental.
Booking and deposits
- The Three-Stall Luxury Trailer rents for a flat $1,500 CAD per day.
- A 50% deposit is due at booking to hold your date. Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received.
- The remaining balance is due before your event, as set out in your rental agreement.
- A refundable $1,000 damage deposit is pre-authorized on a credit card the week of your rental and released after pickup, provided the trailer is returned in the condition it was delivered.
- Prices do not include GST.
Delivery and setup
Delivery, setup, and pickup are included within 20 minutes of Calgary city limits. Deliveries outside that area, including the surrounding towns, are quoted custom based on distance. We deliver and set up ahead of your event and return to pick up afterward.
What we need from you
- A reasonably level spot that our truck and trailer can safely reach and exit.
- Standard power available nearby, or advance notice if you need us to arrange an alternative.
- Accurate event details so we can plan delivery and servicing.
Care and damage
The trailer is delivered clean, stocked, and serviced. You are responsible for reasonable care during your rental. Normal use is expected and fine. Damage beyond normal use, missing fixtures, or excessive cleaning needs may be charged against the damage deposit or invoiced if costs exceed it.
Cancellations and date changes
If you need to cancel or move your date, contact us as early as possible. We will always try to accommodate a date change subject to availability. Deposit and cancellation specifics are set out in your written rental agreement.
Liability
We carry insurance appropriate to the events we serve. We are not responsible for circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as weather, venue access issues, or loss of power at the site. Full liability terms are in the rental agreement.
Governing law
Rentals are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
