Gloss black on aluminum rims. Two private rooms with flushing porcelain toilets, warm running water, and heat and A/C, carrying its own fresh and waste tanks, so there is no plumbing hookup.

What the site needs

  • A reasonably level spot a truck can back into
  • Power within reach, or a generator
  • A hose tap: the fresh tank is filled on site and the trailer never travels with water. No tap? Water is brought in for a fee

Capacity

About 100 guests, by the rule of one stall per 50 guests for a four to six hour event. A long night or an open bar lowers that. Bigger events: talk to us.

Rates and terms

  • Quoted for your date and venue. Multi-day rates available.
  • Delivery and other charges may apply, such as bringing in water when the venue has none. Your quote lists everything.
  • A 50% deposit at booking holds the date
  • A $1,000 damage deposit, pre-authorized on a credit card the week of your rental, released after pickup
  • Quotes do not include GST

What we handle.

From the drop-off to the pickup, the trailer is ours to run. Your team gets one number to call, and a walkthrough at setup if they would like one.

Want someone on site all night? Ask about an on-site attendant as an add-on when you check the date.

  1. Delivery

    We tow the trailer in and back it into the agreed spot ahead of the first guest.

  2. Levelling and setup

    Levelled, connected to power or a generator, and the fresh tank filled on site from a hose tap.

  3. Stocking

    Cleaned and sanitized before every booking, with toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels stocked.

  4. Handover

    We can walk you or the venue contact through the trailer at setup, so whoever is running the day knows it.

  5. Pickup

    Collected after the event at the time agreed with you. Your team has nothing to tow, fill, or return.

  1. Check the date

    Send the date, the venue, and the guest count through the check-your-date form. Put your client’s name and your company in the notes.

  2. Get the full quote

    We reply with availability and a full quote for that venue, usually within a day. Send a photo of the spot and the power setup and we confirm the fit before any deposit.

  3. The deposit holds the date

    The date is held once the 50% deposit is paid. One trailer means one event per date, so book as soon as your client says yes.

  4. Name the day-of contact

    Tell us who meets the delivery and who the venue contact is. The $1,000 damage deposit is pre-authorized on a credit card the week of your rental, released after pickup.

Can a wedding planner book the washroom trailer for a client?

What does a venue need for the washroom trailer?

A reasonably level spot a truck can back into, power from the 30A or 15A inlets or a generator, and a hose tap to fill the fresh water tank on site. It carries its own fresh and waste tanks, so there is no plumbing hookup. With no tap, water is brought in for a fee.

How many guests does one two-stall trailer serve?
