The prettiest venues around Calgary are acreages, barns, and open fields, and they are rarely built for 150 guests. The house bathroom will not cope, and a row of porta potties is the one thing nobody wants in the photos.
The trailer is the fix. Three private rooms with real flushing toilets, running water, mirrors and light, parked a short walk from the party. Guests stay comfortable, and you stop thinking about it.

Send the date, the venue or town, and a rough guest count. We confirm availability and an all-in price, usually the same day.
Hold it
A 50% deposit holds your date. The balance is due before the event, and a refundable $1,000 damage hold is placed the week of.
We deliver, set up, and pick up
We arrive ahead of your guests, level it, fill it, and stock it, and we come back for it afterward. One call reaches an owner on the day.
$1,500 a day. Delivered.
One flat rate covers the trailer, the delivery, the setup, the stocking, and the pickup within 20 minutes of Calgary city limits. We quote it all-in and we hold it.

How many guests can it handle?

What does it need on site?
A reasonably level spot the truck can back into, and standard power within reach. The trailer carries its own fresh water and waste tanks, so no plumbing hookup is needed. Not sure your spot works? Send a photo and we will tell you before any deposit.
How do deposits work?
A 50% deposit holds your date at booking. The balance is due before the event. A refundable $1,000 damage hold is pre-authorized on a credit card the week of your rental and released after pickup, assuming all is well.
Do you deliver outside Calgary?
Yes. Delivery, setup, and pickup are included within 20 minutes of Calgary city limits. Acreages and towns beyond that, including Cochrane, Okotoks, Bragg Creek, Priddis, and Canmore, are welcome and quoted custom by distance.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
The trailer is entered by steps, so it is not a step-free unit. If you have specific accessibility needs for your event, tell us and we will be upfront about what we can and cannot accommodate.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can. It is one trailer, so every date goes to one event, and summer Saturdays go first. Once you have your date and venue, send them over.
