Party Poopers ("we", "us") operates this website to rent our luxury washroom trailer for events in Calgary and the surrounding area. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it. We keep it simple because our data practices are simple.
What we collect
When you submit our contact or booking form, we collect the information you choose to give us, which may include:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your event date, location or nearest town, event type, and estimated guest count
- Any message or details you add
We do not currently run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google to retrieve them.
How we use it
We use the information you send only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, confirm availability, and arrange your rental. We may contact you by email, phone, or text about your booking. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except as needed to operate the business (for example, our form provider).
Our form provider
Form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms, the hosting platform for this website. Your submission is transmitted to and held by Netlify on our behalf so we can read and reply to it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email graysondyck@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
