Send a photo of where it could park. We confirm the access, the level, and the power before any deposit, and talk timing with you or your planner.
- Before guests arrive
We deliver and set up
We back it in, level it, fill the fresh water, stock it, and have the heat or air running. A walkthrough with you or your venue contact, then we get out of the way.
- During the party
You never touch it
It is cleaned and fully stocked for your first guest. Add an attendant and a host keeps it spotless and welcoming until the last dance.
- After
We take it away
We come back for it at the agreed pickup time and tow it away. One phone number reaches an owner the whole time.
Will it work at our venue?
Almost certainly. It is self-contained, so it goes where the plumbing does not. Here is all it needs:
- A reasonably level spot a truck can back a trailer into
- Standard power within reach of that spot
- A short, easy walk from the reception, ideally lit after dark
- No plumbing hookup, ever. Fresh water and waste are on board

A long reception, an open bar, or a guest list near the top of that range pushes the number down, which is where an attendant earns its keep. Send us the headcount and the run of show and we will tell you straight.

How much does a wedding washroom trailer cost in Calgary?
A flat $1,500 CAD per day, or $1,800 for a Friday to Sunday wedding weekend, with delivery, setup, and pickup included within 20 minutes of Calgary city limits. A 50% deposit holds your wedding date and GST is extra. Venues farther out are quoted by distance.

Yes. The trailer carries its own fresh water and waste tanks, so it needs only a reasonably level spot the truck can reach and standard power nearby. No plumbing hookup is required, which is exactly why it suits acreage and barn weddings.
