We back it in, level, fill, and stock it, with the heat or air running. We can walk you or your planner through it, then we get out of the way.
- During the party
You never touch it
Cleaned and fully stocked for your first guest. For a long night, ask about an on-site attendant when you book.
- After
We take it away
We tow it away at the agreed pickup time. One phone number reaches an owner the whole time.
Will it work at our venue?
Almost certainly. It is self-contained, so it goes where the plumbing does not. All it needs:
- A reasonably level spot a truck can back a trailer into
- Standard power within reach of that spot, or a generator
- A short, easy walk from the reception, ideally lit after dark

Do you rent washroom trailers for weddings in Calgary?
Yes. We rent a two-stall executive luxury washroom trailer, a portable washroom rental for acreage, barn, ranch, and tented weddings across Calgary and area. Its private rooms have flushing porcelain toilets, warm running water, halo-lit mirrors, and heat and A/C, and suit most weddings up to about 100 guests.
How much does a wedding washroom trailer cost in Calgary?
It is quoted per event. The quote depends on the number of days, whether there is water on site, and the distance from Calgary. A Friday to Sunday wedding weekend gets a multi-day rate. Delivery and other charges may apply, such as bringing in water when the venue has none. Your quote lists everything. A 50% deposit holds your date. Quotes do not include GST. Send your date for a full quote, usually within a day.
Will it work at an acreage or barn venue without plumbing?
Yes. It carries its own fresh water and waste tanks, so it needs no plumbing hookup, just a reasonably level spot the truck can reach and power or a generator. We fill it from a hose tap, or bring water in for an added fee.
How many guests can it handle?
Two private rooms comfortably cover most weddings and events up to about 100 guests, by the industry rule of thumb of about one stall per 50 guests for a four to six hour event. A long reception or an open bar lowers that; for a bigger list, send your headcount and run of show.
Can we have an attendant on the night?
Ask us when you check your date. An on-site attendant, a host who keeps the trailer clean and stocked through the night, is an add-on we quote per event, and it suits long receptions and bigger guest lists.
When do you deliver and pick up?
We deliver ahead of your guests and pick up after the event, scheduled around your venue and timeline. We confirm exact times with you or your planner when you book.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can. It is one trailer, so every date goes to one event, and summer Saturdays go first.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
The trailer is entered by fold-out aluminum steps, so it is not a step-free unit. Tell us your accessibility needs and we will be upfront about what we can and cannot accommodate.
