If your event is outdoors, runs for hours, or has guests you want to look after, a washroom trailer rental, also called a restroom or bathroom trailer rental, brings a real washroom where the plumbing does not reach. Ours is a self-contained, two-stall executive trailer.

The quote depends on the number of days, whether there is water on site, and the distance from Calgary. Delivery and other charges may apply, such as bringing in water when the venue has none. Your quote lists everything. 2026 is fully booked; 7 dates in 2027 are already taken, so send your date early.

How much does it cost to rent a washroom trailer for an event in Calgary?
It is quoted per event. The quote depends on the number of days, whether there is water on site, and the distance from Calgary. Delivery and other charges may apply, such as bringing in water when the venue has none. Your quote lists everything. A 50% deposit holds the date, and a $1,000 damage hold is pre-authorized the week of the event, released after pickup. Quotes do not include GST. Send your date for a full quote, usually within a day.

Two private rooms comfortably cover most events up to about 100 guests, using the industry rule of thumb of about one stall per 50 guests for a four to six hour event. A longer event or a bar lowers that; for a bigger crowd, talk to us.
What does a washroom trailer need at an event site?
A reasonably level spot a truck can back into and standard power within reach, or a generator. The trailer carries its own fresh water and waste tanks, so no plumbing hookup is needed; we fill it from a hose tap on site, or bring water in for an added fee.
Can I rent the trailer for a multi-day event?
Yes. Weekends and longer events get a multi-day rate, quoted for your dates, venue, and setup. Extended hours are quoted to fit the event too.
Is a washroom trailer the same as a restroom trailer or a bathroom trailer?
Yes. Washroom trailer, restroom trailer, bathroom trailer, and luxury toilet trailer all describe the same thing: a towable unit with private rooms, flushing toilets, and running-water sinks. Canadians usually say washroom; the Party Poopers trailer is all of them.
Is a washroom trailer better than porta potties for an event?
Yes, when guests dress up, stay for hours, or when comfort reflects on the host: flushing toilets, running-water sinks, lighting, and heat and air conditioning. For short, casual, or very large general-admission events, porta potties are often the practical choice, sometimes with a trailer for VIP or staff areas.
