Yes, you can rent a proper washroom trailer for a golf tournament in Calgary. Ours is a two-stall executive trailer, sometimes called a restroom or bathroom trailer, delivered to the clubhouse, the turn, or a tee box. It runs on standard power or a generator and carries its own water.
Two private rooms suit most events up to about 100 guests. When a sponsor in golf whites opens the door, they find crown moulding, not a plastic box.
Three places it works on a course.
The one rule: a truck has to reach a reasonably level spot. Your course contact usually knows where.

Yes. We deliver a two-room luxury washroom trailer to golf tournaments and charity golf days around Calgary: at the clubhouse, the turn, or near a tee box, anywhere a truck can reach a reasonably level spot.
How much does a golf tournament washroom trailer cost in Calgary?
It is quoted per event. The quote depends on the number of days, whether there is water on site, and the distance from Calgary. Delivery and other charges may apply, such as bringing in water when the venue has none. Your quote lists everything. A 50% deposit holds the date. Quotes do not include GST. Send your date for a full quote, usually within a day.
Where on the course should the washroom trailer go?
Wherever golfers need it most and a truck can reach level ground. The clubhouse suits the registration, dinner, and awards crowd; the turn catches every group halfway; a tee box serves the far side of the course.
Does the trailer need power or water out on the course?
It runs on standard power through 30A and 15A inlets, or on a generator. Its own 160 US gal fresh water and 260 US gal waste tanks mean no plumbing hookup. Water on site, such as a hose tap, lets us fill the fresh tank. No water at the venue? We bring it in for an added fee.
How many golfers can one washroom trailer handle?
Its two private rooms suit most events up to about 100 guests, using the common rule of thumb of one stall per 50 guests for a four to six hour event. For a bigger field, or a dinner with extra guests, talk to us.
Will it look right in front of sponsors and guests?
That is the point. The trailer is gloss black on aluminum rims, with exterior under-glow and two private rooms finished with halo-lit mirrors, crown moulding, and warm running water. Ask about a custom welcome sign with the event name or an on-site attendant as add-ons.
Can the trailer stay for a two-day tournament?
Yes. It can stay two days or more at a multi-day rate, quoted for your dates and setup; list your days in the notes when you check your date.
How far ahead should we book for a golf tournament?
