The short answer.

Yes, you can rent a luxury washroom trailer for a Stampede BBQ or party in Calgary. Ours is a two-stall executive trailer, sometimes called a restroom or bathroom trailer, delivered to office lots, yards, and acreages. It needs a level spot a truck can reach and power or a generator, and suits most parties up to about 100 guests.

The company BBQ

Staff and client parties in the office lot, at the warehouse, or out at an acreage, with a washroom that looks planned, not like an afterthought.

  • A paved lot is often the easiest spot of all
  • Ask about a custom welcome sign with the company name
  • Ask about an on-site attendant for a long afternoon

The backyard party

Friends, neighbours, and a grill that does not quit. The trailer keeps the crowd out of your house and off your plumbing, and the under-glow lights the way after dark.

  • Self-contained, so nothing goes into a home septic system
  • Filled on site from a garden hose tap
  • Ask about evening lighting or late-night hours as add-ons

Stampede party questions.

More in the full FAQ, or call or text (403) 483-2064.

Can I rent a washroom trailer for a Stampede party or BBQ?

Yes. We rent a two-room luxury washroom trailer for Stampede parties around Calgary, from a company BBQ in the office parking lot to a backyard party. It needs a reasonably level spot a truck can reach, and standard power or a generator.

How much does a washroom trailer cost for a Stampede party?

It is quoted per event. The quote depends on the number of days, whether there is water on site, and the distance from Calgary. Delivery and other charges may apply, such as bringing in water when the venue has none. Your quote lists everything. A 50% deposit holds the date. Quotes do not include GST. Send your date for a full quote, usually within a day.

When should we book a washroom trailer for Stampede?

As early as you can. The Calgary Stampede runs July 9 to 18, 2027, and one trailer serves one party a day, so July dates go first. 2026 is fully booked. Already taken in 2027: May 22, May 29, June 5, July 2 to 4, and July 17.

Can the trailer go in an office parking lot for a corporate Stampede BBQ?

Usually, yes. A paved lot is often the easiest spot, as long as a truck can back the trailer in and it sits reasonably level. It runs on standard power through 30A and 15A inlets, or a generator. Check with your landlord or property manager about where a trailer may park.

Do we need a City of Calgary permit for a Stampede party?

It depends on your event. The City of Calgary bases it on things like the location, whether the event is open to the public, and whether you are setting up tents, stages, or bleachers, and it asks Stampede hosts to apply for temporary-structure permits by April 30. Check the City's page on permits for special events with temporary structures, and ask us for the trailer's dimensions if your application needs them.

Do we need a water or sewer hookup?

No. The trailer carries its own 160 US gal fresh water tank and 260 US gal waste tank. Water on site, such as a hose tap, lets us fill the fresh tank. No water at the venue? We bring it in for an added fee.

Can the trailer stay for more than one day of Stampede?

Yes. For two days or more it stays on site at a multi-day rate, quoted for your dates and setup. List your days in the notes when you check your date.

How many guests can one trailer handle at a Stampede party?

Its two private rooms suit most events up to about 100 guests, using the common rule of thumb of one stall per 50 guests for a four to six hour event. A long afternoon with a full bar lowers that; for a bigger party, talk to us.

Will it stay comfortable on a hot July afternoon?

Yes. The trailer has an 11,000 BTU rooftop air conditioner, an exhaust fan, and insulated walls, plus heat for a cool evening. Warm running water from an onboard heater is handy after the barbecue.
